how to change windows 7 login screen?

Logon wallpaper is the wallpaper or image that windows 7. Now we can set it to our own image or any other image(any bmp file) by following trick.shows on screen when windows logs on


Open Startmenu->Run type regedit and press ok to open registry editor.(shows a tree like structure of directories at left)
In that hierarchical structure in left, navigate to registry entry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AuthenticatioLogonUI\Background

In right side pane see a number of values placed in a table format. choose the value named OEMBackground from there and double click it. Now you see a box with value name as Wallpaper and value data as 0.change it’s value to 1.Then click ok button.And close the registry editor

Now goto C:\windows\system32\oobe here create a folder "info". Inside the folder"info" create another folder named as "background" here put your favourite jpeg image in this folder and call the backgroundDefault (file must be less than 256kb).Then create same image(bmp file) and call same name..
That's it.....
restart your pc\logoff for the changes to take effect
note:your image will probably be streached to fir the screen...
